If you or your loved one has been charged with a Class A Misdemeanor in Collin County, Texas then the case will be filed in one of the six (6) county courts at law located in McKinney, Texas. The county courts building is located at 1800 N. Graves Street in McKinney, Texas. There are 6 county courts at law in Collin County. Cases are randomly assigned to one of the six courts after they are accepted and processed by the Collin County District Attorney’s Office.
